Meet Jimmy
I started MURE Properties to do real estate the careful way. Every deal has to pass our buy criteria. Values come from cited comparable sales. Every cost goes into the numbers before we make an offer, and if the deal does not work, we pass. When it does, we do the work and manage it to the plan.
Some people call me The Guy. I am the person you call when you want a straight answer on a property.
